ORAM DomainShield • Managed email authentication

Your domain carries your reputation. Help protect it.

Make it harder for attackers to send email pretending to be your business. ORAM DomainShield brings DMARC, SPF and DKIM management together with practical guidance from ORAM Cybersecurity Advisors.

DomainShield technology. ORAM expertise. A clearer path to stronger domain protection.

Protect the trust behind every message

Could someone send email using your domain?

Customers, vendors and employees recognize your business email address. Without properly configured email authentication, attackers may be able to impersonate that domain in phishing messages or fraudulent payment requests.

DomainShield helps you understand who is sending email on your behalf, address authentication gaps and work toward a DMARC policy that tells receiving mail systems how to handle messages that fail authentication.

Reduce domain spoofing

Move beyond a monitoring-only policy toward enforcement, after legitimate sending services have been reviewed.

Support legitimate email

Identify SPF, DKIM and alignment problems that can interfere with authentication and email delivery.

Keep visibility as you grow

Review sending activity and authentication changes as your business adds tools, vendors and domains.

Start with your domain

Check your email domain security

Use the DomainShield scanner to look for email authentication issues. Enter a domain such as yourcompany.com, then bring your results to a conversation with ORAM.

A scan is a point-in-time check, not a complete security assessment. Results need context, including your legitimate email services and DNS configuration.

From visibility to enforcement

Managed DMARC, with a practical plan

01 / ASSESS

Know what sends your email

Review domain records, sending sources and existing policies. Include your email platform, marketing tools and other services that send on your behalf.

02 / ALIGN

Fix authentication gaps

Coordinate SPF and DKIM configuration and DMARC alignment. Validate legitimate senders before tightening the domain policy.

03 / PROTECT

Enforce and monitor

Work toward quarantine or reject where appropriate, then monitor reports and review changes that could affect protection or delivery.

ORAM combines DomainShield-based visibility with hands-on guidance. Your consultation will define the domains, services, reporting and ongoing support appropriate for your business.

The building blocks

SPF, DKIM and DMARC, explained

SPF: approved senders

Sender Policy Framework lists the systems authorized to send email for a domain.

DKIM: signed messages

DomainKeys Identified Mail adds a digital signature that receiving systems can verify.

DMARC: policy and visibility

DMARC checks alignment with the visible From domain and publishes a handling policy for messages that fail, with reporting to help you investigate.

DMARC enforcement helps reduce direct domain spoofing at participating receivers. It does not prevent lookalike domains, compromised accounts or every phishing attack, and it cannot guarantee inbox placement.

Common questions

DomainShield questions, answered

We already use Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace. Do we need DMARC?

Your email platform is one part of the picture. Your domain may also send through marketing, billing and other business applications. DMARC helps you review authentication across these sources and publish a domain-level policy.

Is publishing a DMARC record enough?

A monitoring policy provides visibility but does not request quarantine or rejection. Stronger protection requires reviewing legitimate senders, resolving alignment issues and moving carefully toward enforcement.

Can a stricter policy affect legitimate email?

Yes. Legitimate messages that are not properly authenticated and aligned may fail DMARC. That is why sender discovery, testing and a staged rollout matter.

Does a good scanner score mean we are fully protected?

No. A score summarizes selected checks at the time of the scan. It does not prove that all sending services are configured correctly or that your organization is protected against every email threat.
